The President and Owner of John Balobeck Enterprises, Inc (JBE) is responsible for corporate accountability, acquiring new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and principal oversight of our services.
He is a nationally experienced program manager with a diverse education and empirical background, which provides extensive experience in both private and public sectors. He has more than 25 years procuring and managing emergency response, construction, stormwater, remediation, capital improvement and environmental projects/programs.
Sharp program management skills have been utilized to manage annual budgets of up to $11 Million and individual projects valued above $14 Million. He has the ability to cost effectively drive operations for California wildfire (and other natural disasters), groundwater and soil remediation projects, brownfield redevelopment, and implementing new environmental regulatory programs; including managing the finances and people pertinent to the projects.
